• Change of heart (“I thought I’d love it more”)
• Wrong color choice (“I thought it’d be more pink”)
• “It doesn’t match my aesthetic” (we’re not your interior decorator, babe)
• Digital downloads once you’ve clicked that link 💻

So… no returns, no exchanges, no drama. Sorry, but also not sorry.

BUT — if your order arrives damaged (cracked, broken, or otherwise unusable), we’ve got your back. We’ll replace it, no stress.

Here’s how it works:

• Snap clear photos of the damage (we need proof, not vibes).
• Email us at help@inkandstatic.com within 7 days of delivery with
  • Your order number
  • The photos
  • A quick note like “This bookmark looks like it fought a book and lost”

We’ll review it and send a replacement if it’s legit. Easy peasy.

We reserve the right to say “nah, that’s just handmade charm” if it’s a tiny imperfection and not actual damage. We’re not monsters, but we’re also not running a return circus.
