Lost or Damaged Packages

I entered the wrong address. Can it be changed?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it for you. If it has already shipped, you may need to contact the carrier to request a redirection.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
No, discount codes must be entered at checkout. If you are experiencing a technical issue while trying to apply a discount code, please reach out to us before placing your order and we are happy to help.
Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
We are not able to combine multiple orders after they have been placed. Each order is processed separately to ensure it will ship as quickly as possible.
